Phil Pennington joined Osbit in 2012, and brings over 13 years of experience designing, building, and successfully delivering offshore mission equipment.

Phil has significantly developed his career here at Osbit. Prior to this, he was a mechanical design engineer at a major offshore engineering business, working in support contracts and solution development for subsea trenching, cable lay and pipelay equipment.

Phil is passionate about enabling the successful completion of our projects, and providing a supportive environment for our team, in which they can flourish. He is responsible for our projects, including project reporting, as well as our delivery systems.

In his journey at Osbit, Phil has successfully led and supported many of our key projects and enquiries; these include a first-of-kind internal monopile cleaning tool, as well as monopile grippers. In his current role, Phil continues to provide strategic support to current Project Owners.
