Martin Jolliffe joined Osbit in 2012. He has over 15 years of experience in developing and delivering cutting-edge engineering systems for the offshore world.

Prior to Osbit, Martin was a lead design engineer at several leading offshore engineering businesses. Here, he cultivated his technical expertise by designing a range of complex systems, primarily for the offshore wind, tidal, and oil & gas markets.

Martin is passionate about developing our team’s capability and using our skills to create next generation technology. He oversees all aspects of Osbit’s technical delivery, including teaching & learning, standards, and mentoring.

In his journey at Osbit, Martin has led and supported the development of a broad range of systems and was technical lead on our largest and most complex project to date, a 40-metre tall, 1300 tonne well intervention tower system. Martin has also created new structures to ensure technical knowledge continues to flow throughout our team as we grow.
