Joe Wills has over a decade of experience in the offshore industry and leads on our HSSEQ and supply chain development.
Joe joined the offshore industry since 2010 and is a chartered member of IOSH and the CQI having developed a wealth of expertise in managerial roles, and as an independent consultant. Joe was previously The Project Quality, Health and Safety manager responsible for QSH in the development, construction and interim operations of the 4.2 GW Norfolk Wind Zone with the developer Vattenfall. Prior to the offshore industry, Joe served in the British Armed Forces, and he actively supports our military personnel recruitment efforts.
Joe is committed to reaching the highest standards, overseeing on Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality, as well as our global supply chain development and ESG progression.
In his journey at Osbit, Joe has played a key role in enabling the safe delivery of complex, first-of-kind engineering projects.
